Emily began her dance training at the young age of 2 years old and was trained in Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary and Hip-Hop and has loved it ever since. She started choreographing and formed her passion for teaching at a young age and has fostered this through many avenues such as majoring in HSC Dance Composition and started student teaching at the age of 16. She recently has completed and graduated with a Bachelor of Dance Practice from the Australian College of Physical Education. In 2018, Emily competed nationally at the Australian All-Star Cheerleading Federation Competition with her team, placing first in Hip-Hop and second in Cheer.
Emily is passionate about teaching children of all ages and loves seeing her students grow and learn new ways to enjoy the art of dance, improve their confidence in a fun and supportive environment, as well encourage them to learn more about themselves as individuals. At the start of the year, in early 2019, Emily continued her training through Cat Santos’ program “The I Am Her Project”.
